General Terms & Conditions

Preamble

These Terms govern the use of the Ffbet online gambling platform (the Site). By registering an account or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable law. Ffbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Definitions and Scope

In these Terms the following definitions apply: Site means the Ffbet gambling platform and its services, content and features; Games means the virtual gambling activities available on the Site; Personal Account means the user account used to access Services; KYC means Know Your Customer verification required by applicable law and licensing conditions.

Eligibility and Access

Only individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older may open and use a Personal Account. Ffbet may suspend or close an account if there is credible information indicating the user is under eighteen or if identity verification cannot be completed. Access to the Site from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful is prohibited. It is the User's responsibility to ensure their use complies with local law.

Account Registration and Management

1. Account creation: To access Services, the User must establish a Personal Account and provide accurate information, including full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. The User must maintain the accuracy of this information.
2. One account policy: The User may establish only one Personal Account. Duplicate or multi account marketing is prohibited. Ffbet may suspend or terminate all related accounts if multiple accounts are detected.
3. Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. The User must promptly report any unauthorized use or suspected compromise. Ffbet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use.
4. Termination by the User: The User may terminate their Personal Account at any time by withdrawing all Real Money balances. Upon deletion, data will be permanently removed and any remaining funds will be owned by Ffbet. Restoration of a deleted account is not possible.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with applicable anti money laundering and licensing requirements, all Users must complete KYC verification. The User may be asked to provide identity documents and information confirming identity, place of residence, citizenship, and the legality of payment methods. Requested documents must be supplied within three (3) days of the request. Ffbet may suspend or terminate accounts pending verification or if information proves inconsistent. Additional information or documents may be requested at any time during the relationship and may be used to confirm ongoing eligibility for Services.

Use of the Site

Users must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes copying or distributing Site Content, using automated tools, attempting to circumvent security, engaging in fraudulent activity, sending unsolicited communications, or interfering with Site operations. Ffbet reserves exclusive rights to the Site and may suspend access for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.

Services

The Services comprise access to registered Games provided on the Site. The Services are offered on an as is and as available basis, subject to change, interruption, or termination without prior notice where reasonably required. Ffbet may modify, suspend, or withdraw Services, including promotions, tournaments, or features, in whole or in part at its discretion and with notice where feasible.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotional offers, bonuses, and loyalty programs are governed by separate promotion terms. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and time bound conditions. Ffbet reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotions, to withdraw or reverse bonuses and winnings obtained through improper use or multi account, and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in promotional abuse.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through approved payment methods and are subject to verification under KYC and anti money laundering policies. Real Money balances may be withdrawn subject to successful verification. Processing times, fees, limits, and method availability are described in the Payment Policy, and may be updated from time to time. Ffbet may delay, suspend, or refuse payments if fraud, security concerns, or regulatory obligations arise.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licenced to Ffbet. Users may access and view Site content for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Site content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Site is subject to Ffbet's Privacy Policy. Ffbet collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in the policy, implements appropriate security measures, and complies with applicable data protection laws. Users have rights to access and correct personal data as provided by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ffbet excludes liability for indirect losses, profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services. Ffbet provides the Site and Services on an as is basis and disclaims warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits Ffbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Term, Suspension and Termination

Ffbet may suspend or terminate a User's Personal Account for breaches of these Terms, suspicious or unlawful activity, or regulatory non compliance. The User may terminate their Account by withdrawing funds; upon termination, personal data may be retained as required by law and internal policies. After termination, the User will have no further rights to the Account or its data.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ffbet is licensed and operated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, or by alternative dispute resolution if available and agreed by the parties.

Changes to Terms

Ffbet may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published on the Site. Continued use after the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance, and the User is encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

Notices and Communications

Any notices from Ffbet to the User may be provided via the email address associated with the Personal Account or via in Site messages. The User is responsible for maintaining current contact details.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Ffbet to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future. These Terms govern the relationship between the User and Ffbet and supersede all prior agreements and representations.
